friendly receptionexcessive noiseearly morning
the staff at the reception were friendly when i arrived. the room was also clean upon arrival.
it started early each morning making it difficult to rest.

the staff were friendly (i guess that's a plus).
My room faced the street and i swear the trams were having a party all night. Earplugs are a must unless you enjoy being serenaded by public transport. i was not a fan. it really impacted my sleep.
